Sarah Latham

Sarah Latham is an Attorney Recruiter at Friedman Williams.

Sarah brings over a decade of experience in attorney recruitment, partnering with law firms and corporate legal departments nationwide. Her background includes serving as an internal recruiter at a global law firm and later founding a boutique legal recruitment agency. Sarah has successfully placed attorneys at all levels, from associates to partners, as well as in-house counsel, including several General Counsel/Chief Legal Officers. Clients include law firms of all sizes, from highly ranked boutiques to AMLaw 100 firms, and legal departments of all sizes, from SMBs seeking their first-ever in-house counsel to F500 corporations seeking to bolster their established legal team.

Originally from Upstate New York, Sarah holds a B.A. in Psychology and Communication from the University at Buffalo. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, going out with friends, and spending time with her dog, Waffles.
