Jonathan founded Friedman Williams in 2003 and the company has enjoyed strong steady growth patterns each and every year. Having started his career in recruiting for an international staffing firm in the mid-1990’s and to-date, Jonathan has developed lasting relationships with Fortune 1000 companies as well as small boutique and closely-held businesses. He has focused on all areas of Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, Administrative Staff Support, Creative Services and Marketing within Traditional Media, Web, Interactive and Digital.
Always mindful of generating the “ideal match” for Friedman Williams’ clients and eligible candidates, Jonathan has a keen understanding of the marketplace and an appreciation of the time constraints facing his clients. Attracting the “best and the brightest” candidates to refer to Friedman Williams’ varied group of corporate clients, operating in all industries is part of the corporate culture Jonathan has passed on to the team of Friedman Williams’ staff of recruiting and placement professionals.
