Jonathan Friedman is currently the Managing Director of Friedman Williams.
Founded in 2003, Jonathan is the driving force behind the firm’s unique corporate culture of ethics, stability and customer service within the staffing industry. Jonathan’s keen understanding of the marketplace and an appreciation of the time and budget constraints facing his clients has enabled him to strategically direct the recruiting team that spans four divisions: Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, Administrative Support and Creative Services.
Jonathan focuses on building strategic business partnerships and has developed lasting relationships with business of all sizes with diverse needs and strategies. He regularly attends industry and client-based events and conferences as networking is a key component of Jonathan’s work strategy.

Prior to founding the firm, Jonathan started his career in recruiting by working for an international staffing firm in the mid-1990s.
He graduated from Ithaca College with a BS in Management and Marketing.
A Central New Jersey resident and married father of two children, Jonathan enjoys coaching township soccer and basketball recreation teams.
