Joe Somma

Joe Somma is a Recruiter with Friedman Williams.

Joseph grew up in Toms River, NJ and graduated from The Ramapo College of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s in Law and Society. Joe was also a four-year student athlete at Ramapo participating on the Varsity Baseball team.

Joseph joined the team at Friedman Williams in 2021 and has experience recruiting for a variety of professionals within Information Technology and Administrative staff support. The biggest motivation for Joe is knowing that with every open opportunity, he has the chance to change a candidate’s situation and career path in a positive way.

Joe is always looking to learn something new, be the best version of himself, and hopes to be a resource to qualified candidates for the foreseeable future.

He is an avid sports enthusiast and big fan of the New York Jets and New York Mets.
