Christopher Lee is Director, Recruiting and Operations at Friedman Williams.

Holding a leadership position with FW for over 10 years, Chris is accountable for staff management, business development, client retention, branch staffing operations and team mentorship.

Chris’ professional career began at a bank in Providence, RI where he held various positions in sales.

Returning home to NJ in 2004, he then joined another bank as a Financial Specialist before embarking on his recruiting career. Chris thrives within the recruiting industry and its rapid environment.

His daily goals are providing high-level customer service to clients and candidates while providing the team with inspiration!
