Kimberly Reisman

Kimberly is a legal recruiter at Friedman Williams.

With over 30 years of experience in and around law firms, including earning her Juris Doctorate degree, she brings genuine insight into the legal search arena. Her blend of legal industry fluency, strategic thinking, and relationship-driven approach makes her a trusted partner on both sides of the search.

Kim started her recruiting career in-house at an Am Law 50 firm after which she spent time recruiting for a Singapore based HR C-Suite agency covering much of APAC. In a mid-career pivot, she found a new passion in law firm Marketing and Business Development working at various firms as well as her own consulting company. Coming back to recruiting brings her full circle. Kim’s ability to nurture long-term relationships in her career has allowed her to be a resource for people on multiple levels.

At home in San Diego, Kim is an avid gardener, hiker, reader, Mah Jong player, dog beach aficionado – and is really close to getting her rescue pup to stop chewing the drip system.
