Bill brings over 20 years experience in talent acquisition and human resources, with a background rooted in corporate HR and recruiting leadership.

Prior to joining Friedman Williams, Bill worked within the news media, pharmaceutical, banking hospitality verticals, leading full-cycle recruiting initiatives, creating talent pipelines, and providing strategic counsel to leadership on workforce planning and hiring alignment. Bill’s in-house experience gives him a unique perspective on what clients truly need beyond a resume — including cultural fit, communication style, and long-term performance potential.

Bill’s transition into agency recruiting was a deliberate move to bring his consultative, business-focused approach to a broader range of clients and candidates. He believes successful placements are built on transparency, responsiveness, and strong relationships — not transactions.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys staying active, exploring new books and music, and spending time with family and friends.
