Marija brings over four years of experience in internal recruiting, partnering with hiring managers and leadership teams to attract top talent across multiple industries. Currently pursuing her Juris Doctor, Marija leverages her legal education to connect meaningfully with attorneys and legal professionals, helping them take the next step in their careers. Known for her people-first approach, she values authenticity, communication, and trust in every interaction, ensuring both clients and candidates feel supported throughout the recruitment process.

Born in Macedonia and raised in Garfield, New Jersey, Marija is fluent in four languages and takes pride in building relationships across diverse backgrounds. Her multicultural perspective and deep understanding of both business and law allow her to serve as a trusted partner to clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Marija enjoys playing the piano, traveling, snowboarding, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. A fun fact about Marija—she has even flown a plane! She is passionate about recruiting and dedicated to helping individuals find positions where they can truly thrive.
