Prior to becoming a recruiter, Erika worked for over seven years as a legal marketer at several major law firms after obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree from the George Washington University. She uses her hands on experience from working in the industry to strive and match candidates with their ideal business development and marketing roles. Outside of work, Erika enjoys traveling, including to her home in Japan, as well as illustrating and blogging.
