Dawn was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and earned her degree in Business Administration from Buffalo State University. With more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry, she has built a career centered around her passion for people. Whether she’s connecting individuals with the right career opportunities or building relationships with new companies, Dawn genuinely enjoys every aspect of her work.

Outside of her professional life, Dawn values time with her husband, children, two dogs, family, and close friends. She is an active volunteer in her community and enjoys reading and spending time outdoors whenever she can.
