Frank Molfetta is a Legal Recruiter at Friedman Williams

Frank is a 2011 graduate of the St. John’s University School of Law. He spent 10+ years as a practicing attorney, working as an insurance coverage lawyer and an in-house claims attorney for several law firms and insurance companies. Frank started his career as a legal recruiter in 2021, before joining Friedman Williams in 2023.

Frank has extensive knowledge of the legal landscape, and uses that knowledge to help candidates and clients find their perfect match. Frank thoroughly enjoys helping candidates take the next step in their careers, to further their success, while building strong relationships with both the client and the candidate.

Outside of the office, Frank is a diehard St. John’s basketball fan and season ticket holder, as well as an avid golfer. When he’s not at MSG for St. John’s or on the golf course, Frank can likely be found in a local craft brewery with his wife and 2 dogs.
