Caroline Eaton

Caroline is a Legal Recruiter for Friedman Williams.

Caroline (Thompson) Eaton is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law who practiced in criminal defense and family law before beginning her career as a legal recruiter in 2013.  

Joining Grant & Maxie in 2023, Caroline wields her expertise and breadth of experience to successfully identify and represent clients’ interests, while equally working to help attorneys and legal professionals find their ideal situation.

Caroline hails from the Washington, DC metropolitan area where she has worked with some of the biggest firms through all phases of the recruitment process. Her passion for building sustainable networks of stellar candidates drives her effectiveness and is what makes her a true asset.
