Amy has almost 9 years of full service legal recruiting experience, as well as 5 years of experience practicing law.

Amy earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007 and her JD and LLM from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2010 and 2011. Amy began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Peter A. Flynn in the Cook County Circuit Court, Chancery Division and then became an Assistant Attorney General for the Illinois Attorney General’s Office. In 2016, Amy transitioned from practicing law into legal recruiting, and joined Esquire Recruiting as Senior Director, Legal Recruitment, a role she held for almost 9 years.

Outside of her professional life, Amy is a proud mother to two children, Levi and Isla. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, trying new restaurants, and working out. Amy’s passion for helping others is at the heart of everything she does, whether at work or at home.
